Welcome To the Stockport And Manchester Dancing Association

website.

We are a new organisation for 2009. And are working towards a environment that is equal to all envoled and Fairness is the key to having a successful organisation. We are not linked to any troupe and are totally independent .

What we want to create is an environment for all girls and boys with a passion for morris dancing and ensure it is friendly happy fair and enjoyable to all

This is the mission we have now set our self and we will achieve.

At this stage in the development of S.A.M.D.A we are looking at troupes who would be interested, in joining this new and forth coming association and the rest of the site will stay blank apart from a contact page for troupes to express there interest. We at SAMDA do not want to Create Rules at this moment in time as we feel the troupes interested would join and create a rule book that will be fair with all involved with SAMDA

If enough interest is Created we will Hold a meeting with all interested troupes to discuss our expectations at SAMDA and also what your troupes expectations are from SAMDA. At this meeting we will also discuss rules and other Association business and agree our way forward with all troupes who wish to join the Association

After this meeting has taken place we will then arrange an open competition which will be funded by SAMDA.
